Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — Policy) has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by individual entrepreneur Alexey Ivanovich Solomatin, INN 183100609003, OGRNIP 326180000085141 (hereinafter — Operator).
1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about users of the sites https://idot.vip, https://idotvip.ru, as well as related subdomains, personal accounts and other services.
1.2. The Operator's most important goal is to observe the rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing his personal data, including protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrecy.
1.3. The Policy applies to personal data received:

• through feedback forms;
• when placing an order;
• when registering and activating a digital profile;
• when contacting by email, telephone, messengers and in other ways;
• when using the Site's services;
• when using cookies and web analytics systems, if this is permitted by the user's browser settings.

2. Basic concepts
2.1. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person.
2.2. Personal data processing — any action or set of actions with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
2.3. User — any visitor to the Operator's sites.
2.4. Operator — individual entrepreneur Alexey Ivanovich Solomatin, who independently organizes and carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data and actions with them.
3. List of personal data processed
3.1. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

• surname, name, patronymic;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• delivery address;
• information about orders, order composition, payment method, payment and delivery status;
• data entered by the User when activating and configuring the digital profile;
• technical data about visiting the site, including IP address, cookies, information about the browser, device, actions on the site, referral source, if such data is collected by analytics tools.

3.2. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data relating to racial or national origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, intimate life, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
4.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:

• registration, identification and authentication of the user in the Operator's services;
• placing, confirming, paying for, fulfilling and supporting an order;
• providing access to the digital profile, activation links, QR files, digital and physical products;
• communication with the User;
• processing requests, inquiries and claims;
• sending service notifications about orders, payment, delivery, activation and account operation;
• maintaining accounting, tax and other mandatory records;
• preventing fraud, abuse and security violations;
• improving the quality of the Site and services;
• analyzing user behavior using web analytics systems;
• sending advertising, informational and marketing messages only with the User's separate consent to receive advertising.

5. Legal grounds for processing
5.1. The legal grounds for processing personal data are:

• the User's consent to the processing of personal data;
• the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract to which the User is a party, or for the conclusion of a contract at the User's initiative;
• performance of duties imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• the legitimate interests of the Operator, provided that the rights and freedoms of the User are not violated.

5.2. The Operator processes the User's personal data if the User:

• independently fills out forms on the Site;
• places an order;
• activates the digital profile;
• contacts the Operator by email, telephone or other communication channels;
• uses the Site and services with cookies and JavaScript enabled, if this is permitted by the settings of their browser.

6. Conditions of processing and transfer of personal data
6.1. Personal data processing is carried out with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools.
6.2. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination and other unlawful actions.
6.3. The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties only in cases necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and to fulfill obligations to the User, including:

• payment systems;
• delivery services;
• email, SMS and other notification services;
• CRM systems, analytics systems, hosting providers and other technology contractors;
• state authorities in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.4. Third parties to whom personal data are transferred are obliged to ensure their confidentiality and security within the limits of applicable legislation and contractual obligations.
6.5. The Operator does not place the User's personal data in public access without an appropriate legal basis or separate consent of the User, if such consent is required by law.
6.6. In the event that the User independently places personal data in their digital profile and makes such profile publicly available, including accessible for indexing by search engines, the Operator proceeds from the assumption that the User has independently determined the scope of the disclosed information, the purpose of its publication, and the existence of lawful grounds for such disclosure.
6.7. If the User places personal data of third parties in their digital profile, the User independently bears responsibility for the existence of the necessary consents and other lawful grounds for their publication.
6.8. The Operator does not preliminarily verify the lawfulness of the User's placement of each individual element of content and personal data, however, it has the right, on its own initiative or upon the request of interested persons, to restrict access to such data, delete it, or block the profile if there are signs of a violation of law or the rights of third parties.
7. Cookies and analytics
7.1. The Operator's websites may use cookies, pixels, JavaScript, and other technologies to ensure the operation of the website, analyze user behavior, improve the service, and personalize the interface.
7.2. The Operator may use web analytics services, including Yandex Metrica and other similar tools.
7.3. The User may change cookie settings in their browser. Disabling certain technologies may affect the functionality of the website and service.
8. Terms of processing and storage of personal data
8.1. Personal data is processed and stored no longer than required by the purposes of processing, unless a longer period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation or a contract.
8.2. After the purposes of processing have been achieved, consent has been withdrawn, or the need for processing has been lost, personal data shall be deleted, depersonalized, or destroyed, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9. Rights of the personal data subject
9.1. The User has the right to:

• receive information relating to the processing of their personal data;
• request the clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not needed for the stated purpose;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• object to the processing of personal data in cases provided by law;
• appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or in court;
• exercise other rights provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10. Procedure for withdrawal of consent and requests
10.1. The User has the right at any time to send the Operator a request, an application for clarification of data, for withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, or another communication to the email address: info@idot.vip.
10.2. In the request, it is recommended to specify:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• contact details for feedback;
• description of the request;
• information allowing the user to be identified as a subject of personal data.

10.3. The Operator considers requests within the time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
11. Cross-border transfer of personal data
11.1. Cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out only if there are legal grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
11.2. Before the start of cross-border transfer, the Operator takes measures to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for such transfer.
12. Final provisions
12.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Policy without prior notice to the User. The new version comes into force from the moment it is posted on the site, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
12.2. The current version of the Policy must be posted for free access on the Site.
